About Dr. Madison
Hello, I’m Dr. Madison Ferrarini-Lee, and I’m glad you’re here. I am a licensed psychologist in the state of Georgia. While much of my career has focused on clinical practice, I’m also deeply passionate about bringing psychological insight into organizations through consultation. Please read below for information about me in these different roles
Dr. Madison, the therapist:
Welcome! If this is your first stop in deciding whether therapy is right for you, congratulations. I know it can be incredibly difficult to take the first step towards finding a therapist who is the right fit for you. As a therapist, my primary goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and understood. I view therapy as a cooperative space between us. You are the expert of your life, and my job is to ask the right questions to bring clarity, direction, and self-compassion. Sometimes, this looks like sitting in silence together. Other times, it looks like a gentle nudge to push you towards the potential we both know you have.
As a therapist, I deeply value the relationship we have. Our work together is only as strong as our connection. I want you to feel safe, comfortable, and secure when you sit across from me. I also want to challenge and support you toward the goals you have identified for yourself. You may often hear me say something to the effect of, “What’s right for me may not always be the easiest path.” In our work together, I will help you develop a greater understanding of yourself and your choices. We will work together to form adaptive coping skills in places where you have previously found yourself stuck and in distress. We are in this together!
If anything I’ve said resonates with you, please reach out for a free 15-minute consultation call. We can determine whether we are a good fit for one another. If not, I am always happy to share other therapists and resources to help you out!
Dr. Madison, the Consultant:
I’ve had the privilege of working in hospitals, universities, private practice, and community mental health settings, and these experiences have given me a broad perspective on the challenges and strengths within different systems. I enjoy helping organizations identify what’s working well, where growth is possible, and how to build programs and supports that truly fit the people they serve.
My consultation work ranges from developing mental health resources and networks to strengthening existing programs or designing new ones. Above all, I view consultation as a collaborative process — working together to create solutions that are practical, supportive, and tailored to your unique context. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, I welcome you to reach out. I’m always open to discussing your needs and exploring how we might work together.
My goal is simple: to support the people at the heart of every organization, so both individuals and workplaces can thrive.
